Introduction
30-minute call · free
Thirty minutes on the work that eats your week. We tell you honestly whether NORD is the right colleague for it — and if it isn’t, we say so. No deck, no pitch. You leave the call knowing exactly what could come off your plate.
Setup
Days, not weeks
We connect your business knowledge, tools and integrations, and set the boundaries. You decide exactly what NORD can see and touch — your keys and accounts live in an encrypted vault, never exposed. Nothing is connected that you didn’t hand over.
Trial run
By invite · fixed budget per task
Real tasks, real output, a fixed budget on each one. Every outward action — a sent email, a filed return, a published change — pauses for your approval. You watch it work, you see the sources, you say yes or no. Trust is earned task by task.
Scale up
Ongoing · your pace
When a task stream works, put it on a schedule and let it run. Then hand over the next one. NORD grows into more of your operational work the same way a good hire does — gradually, under your control, only as far as you want it to go.
Through all four steps, one thing never moves.
You approve every outward action. NORD can research, draft and prepare all it likes — but nothing leaves the building without your yes.
How fast can we start?+
The introduction call is within days of reaching out. Setup for a first task stream is usually a matter of days once we know what you want to hand over — not a multi-week project.
What does it cost?+
Usage-based — you top up a wallet and pay only for what NORD actually uses, with a clear receipt. Most task streams run to a few tens of euros a month. No seats, no retainer, no lock-in.
Is my data safe?+
Your API keys, passwords and connected accounts live in a server-side encrypted vault and are never exposed. NORD only ever sees what you explicitly connect, and every outward action waits for your approval.
What is NORD built on?+
NORD runs on Claude under the hood, wrapped in a business-ready product: the vault, the approval gate, your connectors, and a clean interface. The edge is the product around the model — and we’re honest about that when asked.
