01 — GETTING STARTED
Getting started
NORD is invite-only. There is no password: you sign in with a link sent to your e-mail, and that link only works for an address on the invite list.
Use this page if you have just been given access and are not sure where to start.
Requesting access
- Go to the Request an invite page and enter your work e-mail address.
- Your request reaches NORD. You get a message once your address is on the list.
- Once it is, go to the login page and enter that same address.
- Press
Stuur de inloglink. You get an e-mail with a link you use once.
The first five minutes
After signing in, a short checklist sits above the conversation window: Aan de slag met NORD. It holds three steps, and it disappears on its own once you have done them:
Waardeer je tegoed op— NORD runs on balance, not a subscription. Nothing can run on an empty one.Koppel een integratie (MCP)— this takes you to the marketplace, where you give NORD access to a system you already use.Stel je eerste vraag— about work you actually have on your desk. A test question earns a test answer.
The checklist counts itself down and vanishes at three of three. You can also dismiss it; it does not come back afterwards.
What to do next
The checklist does not mention Company knowledge, and that is the step that makes the biggest difference to answer quality. Without your own knowledge NORD answers generically; with one manual in it, it answers about your business.
If the link does not work
A magic link is short-lived and single-use. If you click it twice, or it comes from an old e-mail, just request a new one.
- Nothing arrives: check spam, and confirm you are using exactly the address the invite was sent to.
- An error after clicking: the link was already used, or it expired. Request a new one.
- You stay on the login page: your address is not on the list yet. The form does not say so, on purpose.
Where to read next
Two routes lead on from here. To learn what appears on screen during an answer, go to Your first conversation. To hand work over straight away, go to Goals.
