Memory

Memory is what NORD retains about you between conversations: your name, how you work, which abbreviations belong to your business, what you agreed earlier.

Use this page when NORD keeps assuming something that is wrong, or to check what has been recorded about you.

Viewing and editing memory

1. Go to Settings and then the Geheugen tab.
2. You see the recorded entries as readable text — not as an opaque summary.
3. Edit an entry that is no longer true, or delete it.
4. Add something yourself that NORD should always know, for instance how you want to be addressed.

Memory or Company knowledge?

Memory is about you and how you work, and it is short. Company knowledge is about your business and may be long: documents, procedures, price lists. Do not put a manual in Memory — it does not belong there and it works less well.

Note

What you remove here is gone. There is no bin, and a conversation that leaned on that entry will answer differently afterwards.
